As part of our professional relationships, we may collect, process, and store information concerning you.
The personal data you provide to us within the scope of our Training, Support, Wealth Management Advisory activities, and the services we offer are collected and processed by Antoine DERRIEN, President of Therapeutiks, acting as data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
These personal data are collected on different legal bases depending on the situation (your consent, contractual necessity, compliance with a legal obligation, and/or the legitimate interest of the data controller).
Regarding your relatives, we thank you for informing them about the terms of this personal data processing.
The data collected concerning you and your relatives will be retained for the entire duration of our contractual relationship and subsequently archived for a period of five (5) years, unless shorter or longer retention periods are required, particularly in the event of a dispute.

Data collection controllers

In such cases, the User must specify the Personal Data they wish to correct, update, or delete and identify themselves precisely with a copy of an identity document (ID card or passport).
Requests for deletion of Personal Data will be subject to legal obligations imposed on Therapeutiks, particularly regarding retention and archiving. Users may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes).


Non-disclosure of personal data
Therapeutiks undertakes not to process, host, or transfer collected Client information to a country outside the European Union or deemed “non-adequate” by the European Commission without informing the client in advance. However, Therapeutiks remains free to choose its technical and commercial subcontractors, provided they offer sufficient guarantees in accordance with GDPR requirements.
Therapeutiks commits to taking all necessary precautions to preserve data security and prevent unauthorized disclosure. However, if an incident affecting the integrity or confidentiality of Client information occurs, Therapeutiks will inform the Client as soon as possible and communicate corrective measures. Therapeutiks does not collect any “sensitive data.”
User Personal Data may be processed by subsidiaries of Therapeutiks and subcontractors (service providers) solely to fulfill the purposes of this policy.
Within the limits of their respective roles and for the purposes described above, the main persons likely to access User data are primarily customer service agents.


Legal framework
The Therapeutiks website is intended for individuals who are tax residents in France. Users acknowledge that the site is governed by French law.
